Refund policy

Here at J's Stationery Studio, we maintain a strict policy on returns,refunds and exchanges.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Please contact us within 4 business days of your package delivery if there is an issue with your order.

If an item is damaged,  incorrect or defective please contact us so that we may resolve the matter. Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of issue
  • A clear photo for package and one of the item

We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and,  where appropriate, offer store credit or a replacement at our discretion.
