J's Stationery Studio  is not responsible for

• Lost or stolen packages once shipped
• Delays caused by shipping carriers 
• Damaged products due to shipping carrier handling 
• Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout 

By placing order you agree to this shipping policy and it's terms.

All orders with social media video are processed with 7 to 12 business days excluding holidays. 

During holidays and peak times there might be a processing delay. We will keep you informed of any delays.

Shipping charges for you order will be calculated and displayed at check out.

We currently only ship in the U.S.

USPS estimated delivery time is between 3-7 business days after shipping. Please note that delivery delays may occur.
